Running DART IRON EAGLES on LT1 block.

Ok ok ok, first off hello to everyone here it is one of the most knowledgeable sites out there and I finally registered instead of just reading your profound threads.

I know this topic has come up before with Brodix being the main focal point and others as well. But I like Dart. And think that for the price and potential Iron Eagles are monsters. I've read that they can be converted over to Gen2 by CFM for a rumored 400.00

My question is what will we have to endure pricing and technically, in then matching our stock LT1 manifolds to it???
Can it be done? what does it entail and possible costs??

Just interested in the know how, just to know, not convinced it is the best or better than or overlooking other packages like the intended for our block AFRs or TFS stuff. Just interested in how this setup could work. Not what's an easier solution.
Anyone happen to be running this setup.
Also would non-ported 230cc be considered overkill for an almost weekend only street/drag bruiser??
With upwards of a GM 847 type cam. Cam will have to work with combo and within stock piston to valve clearances. So I don't see the cam going over too much over .600 lift.

Gen 1 heads are Gen 1 heads, wether they are brodix, dart, etc. You just have to worry about the spacific interaction points - intake, exhaust, valve angle, etc.

The heads might have a raised intake, The exhaust side might have a spread port or standard design. Spread port would require difrent header flanges and more work.

Then the heads might not be 23*, in which case difrent pistons and would be needed.
