Hey all

Just wondering, those of you trapping 104 or 105 in a 6 speed, what kind of ET are you getting and with what 60' time?

Thanks a bunch!

On E.T. streets the car went 13.3 @ 104. That was boggin bad out of the hole, 2.0 60 ft. Definitely needs more gear. On 245/50/16 junk tires best had been 13.5 @ 105.9 (so close to 106!), with a 2.2 60ft. Got 4.10s waiting to go in, and put on the nittos. Might hit a high 12.

So you think with 4.10s and a better 60' time on the et streets you can hit 12s? How much does ur car weigh?

atljar, what kind of 60' times do you think I could be able to get with a big clutch dump on et streets with 4.11 gears?

Those times were made with either 5000 or 6000 clutch drops (been awhile and i forget exactly). Car was down BIG time on power (opti and fuel pump both on way out). With the power the car should have had, and ET streets it may have had a touch more in it, but not much.

With 4.10s and the same thing, i dont see why you couldnt pull off some low low 1.80s or high 1.7s too. Suspension was LCA and panhard. Front sway on the car, 17s all around.

You still on stock rear, if so, pray for it and start saving.

Heres a video of that launch. Quality sucks, but you can see how it comes out of the hole.

In other words, nothing has been removed
