Where to get one and what kind of injectors would be good to replace the stock injectors, I do not have nothing done to my car, completely stock. and how much would you guys pay to change injectors labor wise.

thanks in advance.

I would probably post in the WTB Forum that you are looking for stock injectors. I would expect to play 50.00 for a set. Also injectors are extremely easy to change so there is no need to pay someone else to change them out.

with all the heads and cam swaps you see on here there are alot of people going to bigger injectors,so it should be no problem picking up a used set,i just sold mine for 40 dollars.

I've never had to change them on any of my F-bods....but on my Infiniti, I basically took off the electrical conncetors, and pulled them off the fuel rail. On the Formula, it looks like you basically pull them out. Probably easier/less time consuming than an oil change.

how much would you guys pay someone to do the injectors swap though?

I went to autozone and ask for a brand new injectors set, but they told me they sell it seperately for about 69 dollars each...ouch! thats too expensive. Is there anyway I can buy a set brand new somewhere else cheaper than that for a stocker.

P.S.
can a bad injector cause vibration (RPM related not speed).

About the cheapest you'll find a set of new injectors is, maybe $300. Ive searched around and they are not cheap. Probably cheaper to pull the injectors yourself then take them and have them cleaned proffesionally.

I wouldn't pay anyone to do the swap. They are easy to pull. Shop around. I'm pretty sure you can use Ford injectors, even. Chances are that only a few injectors are bad-they may just need to be cleaned. Pull them out, take them to a shop, and they will clean them for you.

Summit sells Accel 30 lb./hr injectors for $230 a set, and i think the 24 lb/hr are a little bit cheaper, not sure how much though.
