ran 13.4 at 104.7

I went to the track about week ago and ran a 13.4 at 104.7 with a 60 ft of 2.09

i ran this with Pacesetter headers, Cut out, 3.73, SLP cold air Nitto Drags. Just wondering how i compare. I think i could do alot better if i could cut down on my sixty foot time

Well just to compare to a stock A4 i'll give ya my times. I run a 13.85 on a basically stock car. It only has a shift kit, 160 thermostat, slp loudmouth qaud center exit exhaust, and PC for less programming. 60ft times for me are about 2.1. I'll let ya compare to that.

Borla cat-backs were available stock (WS6, SS, etc...), programing a stock engine is pointless for hp (although helpful for the shift kit), so besides the shift kit... up "mostly stock" I'd say.

With headers, gears, and nittos a 13.4 is about right. Sounds like its running good.

The 60' time is a bit on the slow side though... I cut 2.0xx to 2.1xx on my 6-speed on a decent launch. Obviously the Street Twin gave me a few good spin-launches (2.5+ yuck ), but I'm sure an A4 should be cutting 1.8's or 1.9's with drag radials.

Nice trap speed for just headers (although I'd wager it'd drop 1 or 2 if you get a good hook at the line)

Since when did that happen. I never knew Borla came stock on ANY F-body?

Also although I'm sure it has happened. I bet it's rare that a stock A4 would hit 1.8 or 1.9 60ft times on DR's. I went from about the average 2.2 to a 2.0 with DR's. I couldn't even come close to any lower than that until the gears and stall started coming. Like I said I'm sure it has happened but getting lower than a 2.0 60ft on a basically stock car doesn't really happen. Just not enough power to get outta the hole yet.

I ran a 13.07 @ 105.8 in a 6 speed convertible z28. Mods I have are mac shorties, air foil,CAI, ignition ( not like the ignition really makes much difference )

Sounds like you stack up pretty well. Nice runs

Yep, did you know that my car came with a Corsa from the factory? I gave it away though, in fact I paid someone to take it. It also came with ram air on a non ram-air hood, and some other things like ummm LT4 heads and intake manifold! Also it came with Jet Hot LT's before they even came out. I also have some programming that I got from madz28.com and noticed a power gain, only because I didn't gain anything
I guess that's why he gaurantees 14rwhp or your money back on a stock car? Yep, programming helps with a shift kit. You're totally right there. Good stuff.....you have 3,800+ posts and don't know what you're talking about.

Wow, that seems VERY quick for a heavy convertible with only shorties and a CAI!

I ran a 13.3 @ 106 with shorties, 4.10s, CAI, LT4KM. I thought that was good.
