I just changed the oil and put in 6 quarts instead of 5 now my oil presure when it is hot is only like 15!

But on the good side when i first start up the car the presure is stead at 45-50 and when driving it is around 40

DID I HURT ANYTHING? I will drain the extra out ASAP

It's not good to have too much motor oil in a motor. Get rid of the extra quart.

Cool

Been there, Done that!

Other than causing the rear main to possibly leak, it won't hurt anything. The main problem will be the crank will be running in the oil and will act like a blenderpumping air into the oil and further raising the level. Just pull the drain plug for about 1.5-2 seconds and put it back in, then recheck oil level.
