my t56 is trashed heres pics

this is what the tranny looked like when he just split it open. all this crap just fell out. can anyone tell what some of those parts are.

if you look at some of the gears they are very sharp and broke all to crap.

just thought i would share

oh does any one want to buy the case.

Judging from the pics the only real distinct thing I can make out is the reverse syncronizer key retainer that goes underneath the reverse gear. Im guessing you did something in reverse when it broke?

Your 6th gear looks screwed as well. wtf happened?

honestly it has been making noise for about a year. but ran good. never missed a gear. the only thing is that you couldnt put it in reverse unless you stoped the tranny from spinning, so i would put it in first to stop it from spining and i would go right into reverse then. but that is the only thing it was doing besides making noise. i cant belive it was still running

on this note my 2nd gear dont work, but if im stopped and hold the shifter against 2nd w/out the clutch depressed the car will roll slowly forward, is it just my shifter fork or is the whole gear destroyed??
