Just need some input from my data file.

Car runs strong at WOT, but seems to be sluggish at part throttle. Car hesitates and pops through the exhaust occasionally. I have noticed that my IAC counts are always high, and my vacuum is always low.
I just put on a new map sensor and a 52mm throttle body. Car has new plugs and wires also.

Car has been tuned by PCMForLess for all my mods. All mods are in sig.

This data is right after MAP and TB install on a fresh tune. Data starts in closed loop. No codes are being thrown.

IAC counts dropped from 80 at idle to around 60 with the new TB. I also now see knock retard way more than any other scan.
Is this a sign?
