Snapped a bolt conecting the Y-Pipe... can I replace it?

Snapped a bolt conecting the Y-Pipe... can I replace it?
I snapped one of those bolts that connects the manifold to the y-pipe. Is there a way that I can got the half that is connected to the manifold out so I can replace it?
