93 Z28 No spark situation

After replacing the coil, waterpump, opti-spark, plug wires, ect. I am still coming up with a no spark situation when I fire the motor. I have checked everything I can think of to solve this situation. The only thing I have come up with a bad wire from the ECM to the coil. The voltage seems to be very low. I'm not sure whether I should start re-routing and replacing wires, or go directly to the computer to see if there is a short there. Again, any help or thoughts is greatly appreciated.

Have you looked at the Ignition Control Module?

ok.. but still we need to know if the signal is getting through...

somrthing that might help...

grab yourself a noid light from autozone and plug it into the injector connector and crank the motor, it should flash.. if yes you are getting the signal from the opti and it was installe correctly..

if not.. then you need to check for all your hots and grounds at the opti.

The opti was installed correctly, it's getting the correct signal from the computer. I checked all grounds, they are fine. The signal coming from the ICM doesn't seem to be correct though. I am going to have that tested today. Hopefully the GM garage will confirm it is junk, and a new one will solve the problem.
