Fans stay on???

My fans stay on constantly, I dont know whats up with it. I got a manual switch but its not on and it doesnt even control the fans at all. Theres two different settings on my switch, like one way is 1 fan and the other way is both of em.... well it wont do anything and both my fans are on all the time. Whats up? Anyone have any ideas?

just a little help, your switch should be a 3way switch....on...off...on
for low & high operations withan off position.

If you have a SES, the fans will stay on. If not, I would disconnect your fan switch wiring and see what happens.
