Handling Packages on 98+ Z's

I found a guy selling sway bars off an 01 SS with an F41 handling package. Is this a real package? Also, are these similar to the 1LE swaybars?

The front bar will be a 1LE bar, but the rear will be the same bar your car came stock with (assuming his '01 does not have the Bilstein or 1LE option).
