Exclamation Everyone has a opinion I need Yours!!!

Hey Guys... I need your thoughts on this....the great debate will a 52mm TB help me??? I know I may lose a little TQ but with my 3200 stall I am not worried if you think I can pick up a few ponies on top. Currently I have a 95 Z28 with a Suncoast functional ram air hood, 85mm Z06 MAF, hooker shorties (coated), 3 inch y-pipe, 3inch high flo cat, 3 inch american thunder exhaust , and a cutout. I know that most people say you dont need one without at least a cam and some say even then you dont but...........

I was thinking about installing one with some 1.6 RR'S and doing the TB bypass at the same time. Will I net anything from the 52 with the increased breathing??? Let me know guys

IMO, save your $$ for something like getting your heads ported.

I was gonna do it myself as it doesnt appear that difficult and I am semi mechanically inclined. I have the tools.

I don't think it would hurt at all. It may give a small gain now, and more improvement can be seen down the road with more mods.

If your doing that yourself, I would assume that you do most of the work yourself, so I would put that money towards something else that would definatly add some power instead of doing something that your not sure will add power.
