Holley Powershot Filter cleaning?

Holley Powershot Filter cleaning?
For any of you with the Holley Power Shot Airfilter, how often do you clean it. The box mine came in says every 50,000--100,000 miles but that seems not enough to me. What do you guys do? K&N guys can chime in here too cause it's basically the same thing.
