I just got the MSD 3183 from autozone, and i looked at the ends, one seems normal like you connect to a spark plug, but the ends that connect to the opti have the 90 degree bends, is this the way their supposed to be or do I need the ones with the multiangle ends- the long ones that are straight?

I have the MSD's as well...Didn't know they were sold in AutoZone...

Anyway, my plugs had straight ends, those went to the Opti, the 90 degree ends went to the plugs.

 

The opti end requires a special straight connector that snaps into the opti terminal. 90º are not going to work because of space constraints, anyway.
