Rich in having good friends and I hope that I am included among many of them that are on the list.

 

i dont know about anyone else but the reason i love this board so much is becuase it only exists due to the love of these cars- not because of money or advertising

the community genuinely cares about helping eachother out and i know if it werent for that i would have never rebuilt my car never mind for about 1/5th what it should have cost-

id gladly even pay 10$ a month just to have access to this culmination of knowledge.

126 of 50,000 members is pathetic. I thought $10 was a bargain for the amount of knowledge I have gained from this place about F-bodies.... that is priceless.

I did it here, and on Shoebox's LT1 tech site. The amount of knowledge I have gained from both is just silly. Plus I poke my head in the lounge from time to time

From what I've gathered on LS1tech.com, that site makes a significant profit from all of paid advertising. The potential for CZ28.com to become profitable is there. If it were my site, I'd be trying to make it as profitable as possible.

I was going to give $20 when I did it, but there was no way to change the amount. Jason/Chris, you should set up something so that people that want to donate at random can do so. Once I'm working I'd gladly give $10 a month or so to help with the site, probably more. I love this site and see myself coming here for a loooong time. Anything I can do to help I will. This site has helped me when I was down, helped with numerous car problems when I had my Z and is just an all around awesome site.

That site makes a stupid amount of money.

They have something like 50 sponsors @ at LEAST 200/mo for an ad. 10K/month. There is no way in hell it costs that much to run that site. This site prolly gets the same traffic, if not more. Jason said if all 126 supporting members paid the 10 bucks per month, that would be 2/3 the monthly hosting bill. Thats roughly 1700/mo this site costs to run. No way in **** ls1tech costs 7700 more a month to run.
