Go to your user control panel and select your timezone from the options tab.

The board is located in Detroit, but the time is set to GMT by default.

Didn't work for me. I am on EST & the board reads 5 hours ahead. Changing the settings through my control panel makes no difference no matter what I select.

Why wouldn't they just change the server to the correct time (Detroit time if that's where it's located)?

Why wouldn't we? Because not eveyone is from Detroit/EST and with Vbulletin there is the option for everyone to have it set to their own time.

If you go up top of the board and click on User CP, then click on Edit Options and then go down and look at the Time Offset and set it to your time zone it WILL work

I'm also moving this post to the correct forum and where it should have been posted in the first place - the Suggestions Forum.
