Re: Supporting member?

I paid a few days ago when it was $5, and it shows that I have an active subscription in my control panel, but I no longer have access to change my avatar. Did something change when it got bumped up to $10? Do I need to go back and re-do it?

Re: Supporting member?

I'm in the same boat as DJCobol... I paid a couple days ago too. Now there's no avatar control, and PM's are back to 50.

Re: Supporting member?

Seems to be a glitch. Working on it.

Anyone else have this problem?

Same problem for me.

Yep. Can't change avatar and can only have 50 PMs.

Re: Supporting member?

(accidentally posted this with a temporary test account I made. )

Everyone, something weird happened with this and we have to get it straightened out.

The Supporting Member feature has been temporarily halted until we can find out what went wrong.

It shouldn't be too long, sit tight!

Re: Supporting member?

Okay, I think I got it fixed.

For those who care, it was a simple error in a setting for the regular "Registered" user group. It was set to not allow secondary usergroups, which is what the "Supporting Member" group is.

So...I am pretty sure it is fixed. Someone please let me know! Get into your user CP and make sure you can change your avatar, your profile pic, and make sure you have room for 250 private messages.

Thank you very much for your help and patience. No matter when you started your Supporting Member subscription, I have set your to expire one year from today for your trouble.
