Post any suggestions while the board is still in its beta phase so the mods can take any good ideas! No sritisisms please, only suggestions...

1) I think avatars should be a "mod only" thing.

2) There should be a better distinction in the titles (senior member, junior member, etc.) since every damn person in this entire website seems to be a senior member. Maybe about 4-5 levels?

3) Keep up the good work. The board looks awesome!



EDIT: I also liked it when there was a little rectangular box at the bottom while you were writing a reply so that you could browse the whole thread while writing up your post. You need to bring that back!

 

ack, I can't turn my sig off, I uncheck the box and it still posts it!

 

Suggestion, In the tech sections its a pain to post a response without the sig of the topic poster to look at. Sometimes I need to know if I am talking to someone with a 305 or 350 or MAF or Speed Density. The sigs definitely need to be on the "Reply" page or else you don't get my vote for the new board.

 

I didn't even notice that, but it will make posting long thought-out posts more difficult without actually quoting a few people. I guess that's the only thing you can do, is quote the entier thing they wrote.
