Just a thought. Dont have the "show signature" box checked by default. Im sure most will agree showing your sig is really only necessary once in a thread, and its just a little nuisance to uncheck that box everytime. Plus, itd be a bandwidth saver.

BTW, I looked all over in User CP to find an option for it, I hope I didnt overlook the option

 

Yep, we are with you on this one. It is surprising this is not already an option. We are hoping this will be a more flexible option in the next message board build.

 

Invision Board has it and is generally just as good as vBulliten and free. I will admit I have not seen it deployed on a site this size yet though...
