I seem to be having a problem and didn't know if anyone else has reported the same problem or not. If I am in a forum and do the "search this forum" feature, I always get the page that says....

"The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings."


I didn't know if it was just me, or anyone else.

 

Nope, I just tried it in THIS thread, and it worked fine.

Can you tell me the EXACT same thread you experience this problem in? I want to check the same way you found the problem.

 

I went to parts for sale, clicked on the "search this forum" tab, typed anything in the box, and when I searched for anything I got that same page

 

Just tried searching for gibberish and also for "headers" and I get appropriate results.

Are you using IE or Firefox?

 

i'm using IE, and it seems to do it in all forums...guess I have an excuse if people tell me to "use the search function"

yeah, still getting it. It just started to do it recently, must be my computer for some reason...

 

Can you try another computer using the same message board account?

Okay. I wish I had a better answer for you. Ususally if this is a common problem, others pipe up.

ok I finally had a chance to try it one someone elses computer, and yes, it still would not let me search. It's only on this site and no other message boards
