How come mine isn't working? It has been stuck at 23 for ages.

 

We have a forum dedicated to this sort of question, but this one is pretty common. It is the 3rd one down from the top of the page and it called "Site Help and Suggestions". I have moved this thread to that forum where it belongs.

If one goes to post in the "Site Help and Suggestions" forum, there are instructions to first read the FAQ (as mentioned above) as well as search the "Site Help and Suggestions" forum.

Reading the FAQ will easily answer the question, and searching the "Site Help and Suggestions" forum will show that the question has been asked many times before, all receiving the same answer that is in the FAQ.
