new forum for:

custom work / fabrication?

just a thought that passed through my head. with all this talk about axing the advanced tech forum i thought this could be a suitable addition to the tech section.

mainly focusing on custom metal work such as roll cages, tubbing (sp?), fabbing drivetrain parts and mounts, Frankenstein engine swaps etc etc etc

i strongly believe that would bring new life to this forum. there are ALOT of smart guys on here, this forum would give them a chance to show there stuff. it would bring new ideas and information to the forum through the trial and error of others. i think everyone could mutually benifit from a dedicated section devoted to this.

I think that's a great idea. I love doing work that involves more than just bolting on a new part.
