Angry My inbox it not full!

I keep recieving emails when people try to private mesage me saying that my inbox is full, yet it is completely empty. How can I fix this, Jason?

Clean out your SENT ITEMS - this fills up your PM box.

Alright, I emptied everything from the beginning. Can someone send me a private message to see if it works now, I doubt it will work now.
