I dont even know if its possible, but if we could have "like" buttons such as the ones on facebook just to say that you like someone else's post would be cool. You could then click the link to see who all "likes" the post.

something like reputation system would be the best way to implement it, so it does not just count toward that particular post but toward a person in general
