I was curious if you got my donation for my avatar?? I know I'm not supposed to post on here, but couldnt get ahold of you and I see you are posting on the board.

If you go to the site help section theres a sticky at the top that mentions avatars. I'm sure he would let you know if something went wrong. I think you just need to wait a bit longer. I ordered one too, about a week ago and its not up yet. I'm assuming you ordered yours around the same time.
Also, I think Deblers PMs are disabled... Not sure, but I believe so.

Sorry, sometimes I can't get to them as quickly as I would like to. Here is why:
Once I get the e-mail...
Find the other e-mail with the avatar attachment in it
20% of the time they don't tell me where to find the avatar and do not attach one
10% of the time they send me a link to their avatar that is broken
Verify that the attachment is the right size, which 90% of the time it is not so then I have to...
Open Photoshop
Crop/resize/optimize the avatar
Save it on my hard drive
Or I have to e-mail them and wait for a reply with an attachment or a good link to their avatar. Usually it is not within the posted guidelines, so I have to Open Photoshop...
Then once I get the image all set I have to...
Go back to the original e-mail and figure out what their screen name is.
20% of the time, they make me guess what their screen name is.
If they don't tell me what their screen name is, I have to look it up by their e-mail address they use on the board.
25% of the time, they are e-mailing me from a different e-mail address than they use on the board.
I have to reply and ask them what thir screen name is and wait for a reply.
Once I get the image all set and their screen name is order, I have to look up their screen name and alter their account to add the avatar. Then I have to go over to PayPal and approve the $5 donation.
Most of this hassle on my end could be eliminated if people just followed the instructions that are spelled out in plain English on the avatar info page. But, people only read what they want to. All of this slows the whole process down.
Bobby, this isn't directed at you but is an explanation as to why it takes longer than it should for me to get to these things. My PM's are turned off, they always are. I never got your e-mail and I never saw this thread so posting it did no good until someone told me about this. E-mail is best, even twice if you have to.
And whoever suggested *cough* that I should be "bugged" on AIM and gave out my AIM name...
Don't do that again. My AIM is for close friends and family. If I want people to know my contact information, I will give it out myself.
I will try to get to your avatar right away.

I was just wondering because I was having an issue with PayPal when I tried to make the donation.. Didnt know if it went through or not.

Who is that in your avatar? I think I have seen that guy before somewhere, but I do not know where.

No problem, I figured I owed you and everyone else an explanation. Sometimes I get to them fast, other times I don't.
