i recieved the wrong part from schoch performance. informed him of the situation and i have not recieved a resonse from him since talking to him on the phone on monday. i was wondering has anybody had any problems with schoch performance and what did you do

to be more specific, i recieved a bmr k-member without the braces for motor mount installation. i'm unable to use this k-memeber. i'm going to contact bmr fabrication myself on monday to see what they can do for me since schoch performance has not got back to me since monday with any information of i'm still trying to work something out...just nothing. i just hope bmr fabrication does not say they cannot get in the middle because i did not purchase the k-member directly from them and that i have to deal with schoch performance

There really isn't a good place to post this, to be honest with you.

You called on Monday, did you try calling a second time? Somtimes business get busy and VERY easily lose track. I used to work for a speed shop, I can tell you first hand this happens by mistake all the time. Just a thought.

thanks for the input, but i already have that number which is his cell # listed on his site. i called every night since speaking to him (bryan) on monday explaining the problem. i also e-mailed him every night because he is not returning my phone calls, but no return e-mail messages from him. so i decided to e-mail him (bryan) from my friends e-mail address with a question about purchasing a part from his web site, and he responded! now i feel like he is avoiding me. all i want is an update on the situation, can he help me or not..or is he still working it out and don't have an answer yet. whatever it maybe, i just want an update, especially after several messages through e-mail and phone and especially after spending $1015.00

 

Man, I was sending you emails, I thought they were getting there. There is a new one on the way, BMR will be getting it out asap. I did not realize you weren't getting my emails. I'm really sorry. I work full time during the day and sometimes I get home late and don't get a chance to return phone calls. Plus with the holiday I was out of town. There is a new one on the way though, BMR and I got it straight on Thursday. I'll call you when I get home from work tomorrow, I really do appologize.

Dude, I totally understand. I'm gonna shut the business down until I can get things straight with my suppliers and make sure I keep my customers happy.

It tears me up to know that any of my customers are upset, that is the last thing I want.

 

do you have shipment delivery info....tracking#? did not recieve k-member yet.

also is there a return label coming to return the k-member that i have?
