I can't get the time right.
I am currently stationed in Yemen, which is GMT +3. That's what I have on the other sites I am registered on and they show the correct local time. This site seems to refuse to, and shows an hour ahead. I tried to change it to GMT +2 to fix it, and it refuses to change. What gives?
