Buyer/Seller Feedback

 

Have you guys considered doing a trader rating similar to what ls1tech has? I have been a member since 02 and didn't even know about the buyer/seller feedback section until about a month ago. I just think it's easier to look at somebody's trader rating when it's just a mouse click away from any post they have made. Just a thought that's all.

 

We definitely have but we are also very hesitant about adding major hacks to the site and especially the database (since we are not database experts, unfortunately). We are also always concerned about future board software releases and incompatibility issues that always present themselves. AFAIK, the last time the trader ratings hack was updated was in December of 2005 for vbulletin 3.5.5. We are gearing up to do the 3.7.0 upgrade and we don't want to have to hack a hack to make it work.

While not entirely robust, the Buyer/Seller Feedback seems to be doing okay for now. Sorry and thanks!
