Good/bad list

Good/bad list
I think we should have a section for Good and Bad people to deal with where you just type in a members name and it tells you how many deals they have had and how many were good and how many were bad. So this way dealing with certain people doesn't waste their time. Just like I have wasted my time dealing with someone.

Some sites have a User Rating system, where every user can 'rate' any other user... of course, this is pointless because it is a popularity contest, and also a way to 'get back at' someone you don't like...
