Get rid of the default e-mail nitification and show signature?
I think the e-mail notification and the show signature should be an option and not a default setting.
It is kind of a pain to go back and edit it to shut them off if you forget.
It is just my suggestion and that is what this section is for.
If there is a way to shut it off and make it an option, let me know

User CP > Edit Options > Use 'Email Notification' by default? (Under "Messaging & Notification")
Check it to "No"
Click Save.
