I have not been here since March. Where are the forums?

Look at the top left of this (and any) screen. You will see a gray panel. Select (left click) "Message Board". You will get a list of all available forums, with the guidelines for the use of each. Click on the forum you want to go to.

Hope that is what you were asking.
