Just had a thought, there are people asking for carfax reports on a regular basis, I wonder if there is a way to set up an account, and make it available to supporting (paying) members. It would certainly be incentive to pay the dues.

While on the subject, is there anyway to become a supporting member without using paypal? I would be more than happy to mail a check, and wait for it to clear, and all that junk, but I will not use paypal.

We tried this a while ago, but it was a few years. I will put in an e-mail to them and see if there is anything we can set up. I doubt it will be feasable, but I'll give it another shot.

For the record, you don't need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal, if that makes sense. But I do know some don't like using it.

We don't want to deal with taking checks, to be honest with you. We are a bit too busy (I am sorry to say) to deal with cashing them, some bouncing and dealing with that and the bounce fees, keeping track of who paid what, etc.

We are making arrangements to use a credit card online trhough a secure server, not using PayPal. Will that work?

What about online credit card processing, but not through PayPal? Would that work for you?
