To edit your ad, click the "Edit Ad" link in your item.

Asking price
Option to Allow Users to Buy your Ad via Paypal Immediately
Ad Title
Ad Description
Location

Just a quick question regaurding the new classified section. How do I remove a SOLD item from the forum? There's stuff I sold a month ago still in there, and if possible I'd like to remove the ads.

 

I think they get removed every 30 days. Did you click the SOLD IT link in your listing?

 

Yes I did click "SOLD IT". Some of the "SOLD IT" ads have been there OVER a month. I was just wondering if it were possible to remove them once they were sold. I guess that will be my site suggestion, to make it possible to delete the add after the item is sold. Thanks.

Why do you want to remove your listings? Some people use things like that to guage how much they should ask for what they are selling. Just wondering.

 

I guess its just a pain when I go to view MY ADS and I have to scroll through a ton of my SOLD ones to get to the ones that I am still trying to sell.

Is there any way you can add a picture to the ad after it's placed? I made my ads in a hurry with the anticipation of adding pics later. Now I find I cannot do that. I could add a link to the pics in the comments, but I'd really like the pic to display next to the ad description in the listing if possible.

 

Not at this time. PM me a link to the ad and I will delete it and you can repost it.

 

Any word of progress on taking out the SOLD items after a short period of time in the Classified section? It seems like the forum could be a lot easier to scroll though if I didn't constantly have to go through all the SOLD items. Not to mention my own list of SOLD items is annoying to scroll through.

One more suggestion I have for the classified section would be to show how many comments or replies to your ad has next to how many views it has had. That way I don't have to constantly go all the way into the ad to see if anyone new has commented on my ad.
