Sure... Zymol works just as well, even though Zymol lasts about a week, is a pain to remove, leaves gunk in your body seems....

Also, just ignore the fact that road salt, baked on bugs, tar and other stuff comes off really easy when there is even just one coat of Zaino on the car as opposed to Zymol, and I guess you are right on the money, though...

Zymol finished 29th out of 46 products in The Wax Test www.gurureports.org Zaino finished 1st, and that was Zymol's best product Carbon. Contact Sal at www.zainobros.com for the closest distributor to you.

If you actually want no protection and a shine that lasts about 2 weeks....yeah, Zymol is for you. Zaino will last longer than any product on the market, and produce a show car shine. Zaino will also layer to increase shine and protection. Zymol will never layer.

Here's a quote from a wax test that compared many popular products...
In the carnauba test the difference between them was not very obvious, with the exception of Zymol. Zymol tanked after 6 washes. Beading was nearly gone.
Where's the protection? Where's the shine? Who is hyping what? Even comparing the Zymol to the other CARNAUBA products, it flat out sucked. Comparing zymol to a polymer would be a joke....

You want show car results, you want Zaino. You want merely ease of use, you want a cleaner wax.

Here's an independant poll regarding waxes and polishes...
http://www.gurureports.org/gurusonli...x.php?dispid=3

Notice the "Zurtle" that this guy uses down near the bottom got 4 votes. Yes 4!! Apparently that means the overwhelming majority support this Zurtle, or Zymol, wax.... You picked a winner....

If all you want is something cheap like abpurplez28 does, just use Pledge furniture polish.

Do this...... buy zaino and zymol..... have a friend spend 10 hours using zymol and then you spend your 10 hours zainoing....... do the maximum coats possible in the time allowed.... then compare the results! ZYMOL will win in the shine and impressiveness of your car.... then in a month do it again. Zaino lasts longer, but most people that want the shineyest looking car wont mind waxing once a month. To all you guys that are getting upset and telling me i want cheep stuff and other things I speak the truth.... thats all. Not trying to start a car wax war or anything. You guys HYPE it up. There are reasons Zaino isnt sold in stores. 8oz. for $13(Zaino) vs $10 for 16oz(Zymol)..... also Zymol is all in one..... NO ZFX CRAP(add $20 to the Zaino price). If zaino was sold in stores it would have to come in a kit that costs around $75..... and the truth is it wouldnt sell next to the $10 bottle of zymol without all the internet HYPE. People would try both and then stay with the Zymol because it is easirer to use, is cheeper and gives a simmilar shine. Believe what you want but the truth is Zaino is aolt of hype and a little product. It's good but not nearly as good as ive herd(probably dealers talking).
People have done your test, many times over... but they must all be "Zaino-Hypers" , because Zaino comes out on top of most of these tests.

Enjoy your Zymol.

You are a true Champion Of Justice. I think you have uncovered the biggest scam on the Internet

How about I put a little challenge out for you?

You say you don't mind applying wax/polsigh every month, so the durability doesn't matter to you, right?

Well, consider this:

Every month (really should be every 1-2 weeks, because your Zymol is gone by then) while you are applying your next coat of Zymol to replace the coat that has worn off, you could be spending that time applying another coat of Zaino, which will layer and build to enhance the layer below it... giving an even deeper shine.

So, 4 months later, when you are there applying your next coat of Zymol, you could have a killer shine with multiple layers of Zaino protecting like nothing else can, and having a shine that I guarantee will blow away your Zymol...

But, again, I question why I am wasting my time trying to help out someone who obviously was here from the beginning, not to talk objectively about polishes, but just came to be a troll...

That's not all it wins! Try www.gurureports.com and see who won out of 40+ waxes and polishes out there. This is yet another test done where Zaino comes out ahead. Why is Zaino consistently ranked #1 on most message boards and enthusiast sites, and in most wax tests? When's the last time you saw ANY Zymol product ranked near the top of any test? In the gurureports poll just compare the carnauba waxes only and see how Zymol does! There is a real reason Zaino is "hyped" on many many many sites. Now, take a deep breath....and ask yourself why.

We're not saying here that other products don't shine and Zaino is the only product on Earth. Heck, Mother's cleaner wax will produce a good shine, but it won't protect the paint well and fades too quickly. A $5 bottle of Meguiar's cleaner wax will shine too, but the same is true with it. For your own good, I'd urge you to at least find a product with a little true wax in it if you insist on staying with store bought stuff.

I've used Zymol. There really is no comparison between the two. Zaino gives a better, longer-lasting shine and doesn't leave carnuba crap all over everything. Pretty much everything everyone here has said.

There are some products that are at least comparable to Zaino. Zymol is NOT one of them.

Talking

Congratulations! You compared 2 products, formed an opinion, and caused a revolution in car care. Good luck convincing the world of your startling revelation. You'll have a LOT of work to do.

Good Day!

abpurplez28,

Why do you avoid responding to most of the legitimate, serious points anyway? Such as:

Cool Preference

Some people just prefer the carnuaba's appearance over a sealant's appearance. There is nothing wrong with having a preference. What is wrong is to state that one's appearance preferance is not valid. Everyone does not need extreme or long-lasting paint protection. Some people do not need absolute protectant optical clarity.
The bottom line is use what you want and like what you use and enjoy the appearance of your vehicle. Keep in mind the perimeters of what you use and maintain per schedule. Klasse >9 mos, Zaino ~9mos, Glazes 1-2 days and carnuaba 2-4 wks. If used with these perimeters everyone's vehicle will shine and be well protected.

PS. The price of an item should not be over-exaggerated if it performs as stated. Nothing but the best for my vehicles.

I agree wholeheartedly.

What is unfair is when someone say things that are not true about a product...

People should definately use what makes them happy.

I totally agree. There is nothing wrong with finding fault with any product nor is it wrong to praise a product. It is wrong to make statements that have personally derived biases and state such as fact. Discussion is great but when it becomes a personal rhetorical exchange nobody wins and the question posed does not get answered.
