Post Z5 streaks...help!

I've been using Zaino on my black daily driver for a couple of months now and I like it.

This week I decided to Z5 my black IROC and it looks good, but under certain light I see streaks. I tried buffing them out with Z6..but with limited success.

What should I do? I'm thinking of applying a coat of Z2 to even it all out.

Did you apply Z-1 also? try misting the paint with plain water as you would the Z-6 and buffing it out.

Another coat of Z-2 or Z-5 after the water mist or a wash job might help also.

Yes..Z1 first. Will water work better than Z6?

Sometimes I experiance the streaking as well, either I didn't wait long enough to wipe it off (not usually the case) or you used too much Z1 underneath the Z5.

If you wash the car with Z7, it should get rid of the streaks. Then add another coat of Z5 without Z1, you should be happy with the results

I have not, use the water, you may have overloaded the polish system and adding Z-6 will just make it worse.

You're right the Z6 made no improvement and water was only alittle better. I probably should've washed it again, (but i didn't want my neighbors to think I'm insane at midnight).

I took a damp towel with the tiniest amount of Z7 on it and wiped down the streaks. Looks like they came right off.

Thats not a bad idea, just don't leave any soap residue on the paint before you polish.
