I have a few coats of z2 on my ta (looks great) from last year,i just ordered the whole kit do i need to start all over again or can i just add on the z5.

You never have to start over with Zaino (Dawn is never used after the first coat of Zaino), just mix up some Z-5 and ZFX and go to town after a wash of course, or if you want to clay bar you can simply clay on top of the Z-2 and then use the Z-5.
