Z best car wax is great!!!!!
Just bought some at the NYC Auto show from a direct dealer.
I just waxed the Z, and compared to some Zainoed cars I have seen it looks as good if not better. It seems to be one of the new age waxes (could it be synthetic??) , very slippery to the feel and doesnt dry to a powder, therefore leaving no dust to scratch and cause swirls. It also, seems to reduce swirl marks.
BTW, this is better than the stuff my cousin uses in his detailing shop, and anything else I have used before. Best part is, it took only about an hour and a half because no hard core buffing.
I am very happy with it, and to make someone as **** as me be happy about a black car's finish says a lot. If you are initerested, lemme know and I can go out and get the info off the bottle. If not, enjoy your Zainoing as always!
Just thought Id pass on the good word!

As always, if you like it then that's all that counts. But here's some info you might be interesetd in:
First, it's carnauba! The durability on any carnauba is very limited and they offer no real protection from sun or environmental damage. Carnaubas are very old school technology and are usually loaded with silicone oils and sometimes abrasives.
Second, it says it's nonabrasive, but that it contains "cleaners." Generally "cleaners" are abrasive or they wouldn't do the job. Also, ANY cleaner/wax will never be able to layer and build coats like a true synthetic. The cleaners in ZBest will always strip the previous coat leaving little protection.
These tests are complete gimmicks intended to WOW unsuspecting customers into thinking ZBest is some kind of miracle product. Some of these wax manufacturers are like magicians. What you are seeing is NOT what you're getting.
Just wanted to share this info with you so you know a little more about its limitations. There is much better technology out there than carnauba. If you are satisyied with it, then great, but beware...

I assumed the cleaner to be some petroleum product, not an abraisive. It has hidden some swirl marks, but I do realize it is a carbanuba wax and will have to be applied often if there is any hope of protection. Luckily my baby is garaged often!
I watched all the gimmicks. As long as it contains petroleum distillates, of course it is going to dissolve other petroluem products. After way too much college chemistry I could tell you how, but you dont really care either....
I am still intrigued by Zaino, just not impressed with the results I have seen some other local enthusiasts have. I have seen the online results and they appear to be phenominal, but any picure online can (and should) be questioned to some degree. I will finish this bottle of Z best, then probably move on to something else in search of a non $60 wax investment.

Z Best, Beats Um All, and Liquid Lustre are all about the same product just under different labels. Any time you see a guy doing the fire test on a car's paint, just walk away, this is the oldest dog and pony show in the wax selling business, I will tell you thee secrect (kinda like a magician telling his secrets) The guy doing the fire test will always use lighter fluid, why?? becuase lighter fluid burns really fast and really cool and besides liquid does not burn, the fumes (which are above the surface of the paint) are what is on fire. The car does not even have to have ANY wax in the surface, you will always be able to wipe off the little soot created from the lighter fluid burning off. It has nothing to do with the paint being protected by brand X wax.

Or, if you're not ready for Zaino, there are other good cheap products out there that don't make false claims or sell based on gimmicks. If you want to try other things first, I'd highly recommend DuraGloss, Liquid Glass/Finish First, Klasse...any of these can be had for under $20 and give better results than most. Obviously, I prefer Zaino because it's the best polish I've ever used to date, but I can't stand seeing people getting suckered in by products surrounded by hype and BS. Basically, I think there are much better choices even if you aren't committed to Zaino right now....

When I can go outside and wash my Z with Z6, after it has been sitting for a month, and still have the same shine as the last time I waxed it, I'm sold... I wouldn't even try anything else after using Zaino.. Just my 2 cents......
