Whoops - ZFX'ed my dishes!
I can't believe I did such a stupid thing - I was washing out the ZFX bottle in the kitchen sink and I had left a couple of my good cereal bowls in there as I was anxious to get outside. (Would've taken me 2 seconds to put them in dishwasher, duh!) They must have gotten some ZFX on them as I ran them through the dishwasher, they came out all beaded with water (who says Zaino doesn't bead like crazy?) and now I can't get it off for anything. Is there something that will clean this off my dishes or do I have to toss them? Darn it, I don't want to break up my set, how could I have been so stupid??? I must be wearing my dingbat hat today. Mike, (or anyone) help! Worse than that, did it contaminate the other dishes in the dishwasher, like in getting on them and now we shouldn't use them, either?? This stuff says "Do not ingest", right? Have you ever heard of a more stupid blunder than this??? AARGH! Some days I can't believe that I can actually walk and talk at the same time. . .

Wash them individually with a good soaking bath of alcohol and dish soap....good as new! The alcohol will completely clean them of any residue. Afterwards, you might rewash them in the washer for good measure.
I've often wondered if I ZFX'd the sink as well.

One other question. The newer Z2 is called "enhanced" Z2, does that mean it's already got a bit of ZFX in it? So if I want to use just a single application of it I don't have to mix the ZFX stuff into it, do I? I don't always want to do multiple coats.
Got lots of appreciative looks and comments on the newly polished SS last night. One scared me, though, I had pulled into McDonald's for a Coke and parked so I didn't spill all over. There were a bunch of teeny-boppers there really making a racket so after about 15 minutes a cop came and kicked them out. Then she comes walking over to me and I thought, geez, am I about to be kicked out, too? She jokingly asked me if I was making alot of noise, too, and then said she just wanted to tell me what a "cool car" I had. Pretty nice of her; she said "Have a good evening" and walked away. Whew! I say "whew" because last summer I DID get kicked out of there with a bunch of other Camaro's and we were all older and not really doing anything but chatting. . .

The newer Z2 doesn't have ZFX already added, but it was formulated to add even more gloss. It still applies under the old pre-ZFX Zaino application rules. If you want to do a single coat with ZFX, mix up about .5 ounce with a couple drops of ZFX, otherwise apply it like normal without ZFX.

and he got me. He was a little embarrassed when I told him I couldn't possibly make that much noise with my stock exhaust but he couldn't back down. He told me he "will be keeping an eye on me". Sheesh, when I asked for what he said, "Maybe just because I want to". The next time he "had his eye on me" I was unfortunately parked on the wrong side of the street while dropping someone off and he gave me a hard look but didn't stop. . . why me??? I'm starting to feel a bit paranoid when I take it out now, feel like the long arm of the law is watching me and 'I didn't do nuthin', Officer'. Is that Prozac they give you for paranoia?
