where can I get my car detailed?
where can I get my car detailed?
Not that I am fat and lazy, ...just lazy. I actually dont have the time right now that I would like to spend on my car, and plus I do not have all the good zanio stuff, but does any one know where I can get a good car detailing and zanio treatment (polish ,clay ,wax etc) in the atlanta ga area , columbus ga area, or montgomery AL area. I am sure as hell not going to the guy on the corner, working from underneath a shade tree. thanks

Believe me, you can make you're car look as good or better than it did at the deal for like 20 bucks and a sunday afternoon, plus you have reassurance that you did it all you're self my reccomondations;
Eagle 1 wet tire shine, spray down the outside of the tires and you're wheel well's(keeps dirt from sticking)
Zaino bros wax, havn't personally used it but people on here love it and the result look good
vacuum and use some type of auto carpet cleaner or leatherwipes
PLUS* dont forget the armor-all on anything it apply's haha
Or you can pay someone about 60 bucks for a "good" job
I hope this helps you out and i hope you give it a try yourself let us know what goes on

You won't find too many detailing shops using Zaino. The problem is that it's such a long lasting product, the shops wouldn't have much, if any, repeat business. Carnauba waxes and the like are what make detailing shops plenty of $$$, because you'll need another detialing job very quickly. For what you'd pay a detailer, you could buy the best there is and do it the right way versus a detailer using some cheap carnauba wax with little to no protection and temporarily covering swirls.
Doing a Zaino job takes little time if your paint needs no prep. Other prep things, like claying, polishing, etc....are what takes the time, and deserve good effort for the best results.
It's very rewarding to do this yourself and take pride in knowing your car looks great and is better protected because of your own efforts. Noone else is going to care for your paint like you will, even if you pay them. So, grab a Zaino package, with the clay bar, and a good paint cleaner or swirl remover if needed, like Meguiar's #9 or 3M #39009, and go to work. I think you'd be much more pleased with YOUR efforts than another detailer.
