What zaino products do i need to make my black formula look perfect.

Hey guys,
It is my birthday in a little over a week and my parents want to know what i want for my b-day. Well I think i am going with zaino because i am sick of waxing my black car and taking good care of it and still having small scratches and swirl marks.

I am wonerding what you guys would recommend that I need. Keep in mind that this is a daily driver and not a show car so i don't think i need ever product that zaino sells. Also is it worth it to buy the bigger bottles of the products? How long does it last before i need to buy more (on average)?

I don't need the clay bar ( i have clay magic)
Also do i have to use the zaino car wash?
And how many towles am i going to have to order?
what should the price be of all this?

Well i guess i will leave the rest up to you guys (the experts)

thanks for your time
Tom

Hi Tom, Happy early B-Day!!

Here's what I use on my daily drivers:
ZFX
Z2
Z5 (a must for dark colors, especially black)
Z6
Z7

Price: Around $70 before shipping. Since you have a black car, I'd almost recommend you just skip the Z2 and only use Z5, but it's up to you. Z2 gives a little higher clarity and shine than Z5, but it's very very minute, you probably wouldn't notice the difference.

I also use several other Z products, but these will get you started well. Also, they only come in one size per bottle. One order can last over a year depending on how often you like to polish. For enthusiasts, a couple orders usually suffice. You don't HAVE to use the Z7 car wash, but I'd highly recommend it. The Z7 wash is one of my favorite Z products. If you choose another wash, go with one with no "wash and wax" formula. I'd recommed Duragloss car wash at $3 per bottle if you need a local wash. I'm really impressed by its abilities for the price. For towels, many use Fieldcrest Charisma. I now use POLO and Noble choice, whatever you choose it must be 100% cotton and USA made.

You can get either the Z-1 (8.95) or the ZFX (19.95) and then probably like Mike said Z-5 (16.95) is all you will need, one bottle of Z-5 can do 12 to 14 coats, you might want to get 2 bottles of Z-6 (9.95 each)and 2 bottles of Z-7 (7.95 each) as those are the high use products. The towels I make and sell that are the best are Fieldcrest Charismas. Most people get two packs of towels (one pack is 18.00, custom cut, hard eges removed and all towels run thru a serger sewing machine to put a triple cotton thread edge back on the towel to keep it from fraying in the washer) from me, one pack cut in halves and one pack cut into quarters for a little smaller towel for use with the Z-6.
