Arrow What towels to use when detailing the car?

I use the Meguiar's Quick Detailer quite a bit to clean off my car cuz I cannot wash it as much as I would like to.

I just use paper towels to clean the dirt & meguiar's off. Is this bad? I never notice any bad marks on the paint or anything.

What would you guys suggest to use for this application?

Ouch! Paper towels are harsh on paint especially if you're using them to clean off dirt. Paper can't absorb the dirt off the paint and will usually scratch up the paint after grinding it in. I'd use one of my 100% cotton t-shirts before I used paper if I had no towels.

High quality, 100% cotton, USA made toweling is the best solution for Quick Detailing and buffing out wax/polish. Some great brands to look for are Fieldcrest Royal Velvet or Charisma, Polo, or Noble Choice. All are usually available in better department stores in local malls. I like to use the smaller "wash towels" for QDing instead of bath size towels. Bath size are great for buffing out Zaino!
