What kind of sponge are you using?

Just wanting to see what everybody's using. I need to get a new one and I went to the store today and found everything but what I am used to. I usually use a normal "figure 8" yellow sponge but now they've got these "charmile" (?) pads, 2 in 1 sponges for washing and rinsing, mitts with lamb's wool, etc.
Just wondering what you use and what do you reccommend. Thanks

DO NOT use a flat sponge to wash a clear coat surface, you are just asking for huge scratches when debris gets caught between the flat sponge with no nap and the paint. Use a plush all cotton or wool washing mitt........

Sheepskin mitts are IMO the best. Can't beat the soft, plush feel and deep nap to keep dirt off the paint.
