Unhappy Spilled Fuel Injector cleaner on my car

I was putting in some GUMOUT FI Cleaner, figured I'd give it a shot. I acidentally spilled a little bit and it ran down the car. It's be a couple days and there are 3 lines down the side. They turned black? Maybe all the dirt is sticking to them? What will get this stuff off and will it permanently damage my paint?

Why did you leave it on 3 days?????????? You should have taken that stuff off ASAP. You tell us, clean your car and see what it looks like. If its dull them try some rubbing compound, swirl mark remover and rewax to see if it restores the luster

I agree. 3 days is a bit long to just let it sit there. You may still have some hope. I dont know if its as bad as Coolant, or Brake fluid.

Wash it really good, you might need a claybar to get it off now. I did this on my beater car once and didn't realize it.

You're lucky. I'm still trying to figure out why anyone would leave something like that on their finish.
