Someone Dinged my Baby BAD!!!

I went out to wash the car today, someone dinged the passengerside rear quarterpanel BAD!! Huge chunk of paint is out along with a small dent. From the height id say it had to be a truck door.
The dents only noticable at an angle, but I can so see it.. Help what should I do? Touchup paint for sure.. should i take it in.. argh!! =(

PS I'd kill the mother****er if I ever caught him!!!

It can't hurt to at leats get an estimate on it.

I *HATE* that stuff... I ALWAYS park far away from people, and 99% of the time, when I come out, some tool has parked right next to me, even though ther e are 50 other spots open.

Very frustrating.

I would be so p*ssed. Defiantly have it go in for a couple estimates.

How big of dent is it?

The paint chip is about the size of a dime. I have a bloody 300$ insurance deductable (Cdn), thats crap. The dent is just slightly bigger, hard to see straight on, but noticable at an angle =/
300 cdn = roughly 200 us. Does anyone think it would cost me more to get it fixed than 200?.. if so i should file a claim.. but im pretty sure nobodys gona charge that much for a ding...

It will likely cost more than 200 US to re paint the entire panel and get the dent out, plus on hit and run damage like this some insurance policies are written to where there would be a zero deductable in this case, the deductable would only apply if it was your fault in a wreck.
