Should I get Zaino?
Should I get Zaino?
My car was sanded down about a month back. The thing is, it looks terrible under flourcent lights, there are many fine scratches that wont come out. I have very stubborn paint or something. Ive tryed a few products to get them out, but it only helps a little. So my question is, ive heard that zaino is only good to use if you have an excellent surface, mine is not. Should I get it or no?

Zaino is a great product if you have the ability to perform the initial steps (Prep) required by all protectants for the "show car" appearance. Yes, Zaino is not forgiving if you are not able to Prep a finish to the swirl-free stage. Prep is the part of ultra detailing the separates those that are willing to put in the time and effort from the ones that want immediate gratification with little work. Zaino is for the former detailer. Knowing the steps to prep the surface and artfully performing these steps is the difference. Knowledge and skill will allow Zaino or any protectant to present its true appearance and protection value.
Is Zaino anything special? Yes, if used on a properly prepped vehicle. Will Zaino hide one's inability to ultra detail? No. That's probably why it is not sold at Wally World or AutoZones.
Don't blame the brush and canvas if you do not have the skill to paint. Stick to crayons.
