Any product out there work on removing the rust from chrome lug nuts - i'm getting tired of replacing these ever few years.

Yes, Naval Jelly removes rust from chrome or any other metal surface.

Chrome lug nuts will start to rust if you ever knock some of the chrome off the lug nut using your lug nut wrench, to prevent this take a shop towel and put inside your lug nut wrench so the metal part of the lug nut wrench never rubs on the chrome. You can also buy plastic socket inserts to prevent this.
