Road trip for my Formula.Held up pretty good
I just got back from a 1300 mile trip from My home on Westport Island in Maine to Niagra Falls. This included a ferry ride across Lake Champlain(Boy did they pack us on that boat.)I almost had to crawl out the windows.Well no scratches so far. Then a long *** drive thru the Aderondacks(sp) I was able to wash her and chammy her but the Zaino held up perfectly. I would get up early and go wash and Z6(Am I weird or what?)One morning I went out after parking all night under a tree.My car was covered in Bird crap, leaves and these dead green bugs. They all came off fairly easy Due mostly to the 20 coats of Z5 Zaino I have on her.I dont like to see her that dirty. So after two days at 80MPH on rt90 east from Buffalo to Maine I avoided contact with all the other Idiots.I got three tanks of gas and averaged 24MPG. I never got uncomfortable and got plenty of thumbs up from people.wo Tanks odaBird crap and My car was I.a had to dth

DEFINITELY WEIRD!!!!! Okay, I confess, I'm a Z6 addict, too, is there a treatment center for that or something?
One morning I went out after parking all night under a tree.
What the heck were you doing parking all night under a tree??? Another intriguing picture. . .
I avoided contact with all the other Idiots.
Good thinking!

Hey, thanks for remembering my tough times last fall with my car. To date I'm still having problems with little rattles, one big sqeek! and other assorted annoyances. The latest one being that they screwed up the window on the driver's side and now every time I wash it I have to wipe out the inside, too, even the rear seat, as water pours in through the window. I'm thinking maybe that window could be adjusted but I don't want them touching it anymore.
Sounds like you had a great trip. I want to go somewhere before the summer is over. . .
Keep that pretty car free of those nasty green bugs!!!
