restoring t-top rubber

Is there any product to restore the black outside moulding of the t-tops?? mine are still black but they look to have some "scabs" and "roughness" to them (111K and 10yrs of sun and rain). Someone once told me there was a product that would clean them up good. Of course can't remember now..8-)

Poorboy's Trim Restorer is my favorite for making weatherstripping very dark looking. I don't think you can repair what you're talking about though....if it's just dried out, this stuff will help alot.
