I buy all my paint from painters supply I just use a base coat clear coat usualy just an Omni paint works great its a very affordable paint.
Now the trick to painting the rubber bumpers is to make sure you remove the old paint or get it sanded down good. then when you buy your paint ask for a adhesion premoter this will go down before your primer , then your primer then make sure you buy a flexing agent to put in with your paint & clear this will let the paint be flexable on the rubber surface & not crack.
