Removing oxidiation from rear bumper

Hey guys,

The rear bumper on my car is starting to look a little dull and there are some water streaks in it. I am preparing to clay the whole car, then polish and wax it but what do you guys use to remove any oxidation from the rubber bumpers?

Thanks!
Mike

I would think a couple of times of claying just that specific area would do the trick. Providing it isn't too bad.
